The "real" tag means that an admin has verified the age and gender of the chatter through a webcam check.
During that check we have ensured that the webcam is not showing a video.
If the user does not look his age or, if they are using an adult account and we could not visually determine if they are of adult age, we require an ID before the real tag is granted.

To get your own real tag, please contact one of the chat admins available to peform a "real check". Please clearly state that you would like a real check and don't be offended, if the admin cannot stay for a chat. When in the chat, they oftentimes have a high workload.
Admins speak the language of the room they are in and usually at least a little english. Trying to contact an admin in any other language might not work.
